Andrew D’Amico

Graduation: December 2026

A Sacred Heart Graduate trying to break into the tech industry. I have experience helping individuals with their phones and laptops, both mac and windows. My mind is very strategic due to my interests in RPG’s, and I enjoy coding in Python. I also have some knowledge in criminal justice, hoping to find a career where my abilities will be put to good use. The main role I am interested in finding is that of a penetration tester, Though I would not be opposed to working in threat intelligence or digital forensics.

Career Direction

Preferred role(s): Penetration Tester

Work environment: Hybrid setup where I would be working independently with a team, preferrably with opportunities for assistance should it be needed.

Ideal job description: ethical hacker (penetration tester): A professional who simulates real cyberattacks against an organization’s systems to identify vulnerabilities before malicious hackers can exploit them. They use the same techniques as attackers, but within a legal, controlled scope, and provide recommendations to strengthen the organization’s security. This is needed to protect the important data of many companies in many different fields

Team: A team that is able to work well individually, but can collaborate and assist each other where needed.

Future goals: Learn more about cybersecurity, continue to code/work with interesting tech and create more complex projects.
